Where are our cupcakes made?
All our cupcakes are hand-made and hand-decorated in our own lovely, but admittedly small, kitchen. Real home-baked cupcakes! We are fully covered by public liability insurance and our kitchen has been registered and authorised for food preparation by the Cotswold District Council.

Do you have a minimum order?
As all our cupcakes are made fresh to order, there is a minimum order quantity, per flavour. For regular cupcakes, the minimum order is 6 cupcakes, and for bite-size cupcakes, 12 cupcakes per flavour.

Where do you deliver?
Your cupcakes can be collected from us or hand-delivered free of charge within a 10 mile radius of Cirencester, and up to a 25 mile radius for a delivery charge. Please contact usfor more details. Due to the delicate nature of our cupcakes, we are unable to send orders by post, at present.

Do your cupcakes contain nuts? What about dietary and allergy needs?
No! We do not have nuts in our kitchen, and we do not use them in our cupcakes. We have a nut allergy too and know what it can be like! We do not use raw egg whites in our royal icing. If you do have any specific dietary or allergy requirements, such as a dairy or gluten intolerance, we will make every effort to cater for your needs. Please contact us to see what we can do.

Are you able to personalise my cupcakes to order?
Yes! As our cupcakes are made and decorated to order, we can customise their flavours, buttercream and decoration. Just get in touch with us to have a chat about what you would like, however, the more notice we have the more amazing we can make your cakes!

How long do our cupcakes last?
Our cupcakes are always baked fresh on the day of delivery, and we think they are best enjoyed straight away, but at least on the same day! But if you can help yourself and not eat all our cupcakes in one go, we would recommend that those you resist are kept in a tupperware box or in their box wrapped in cellophane, and stored at room temperature. Please don't keep your cupcakes in the fridge or freezer! By looking after your cupcakes in this way they will keep for up to 2 days, but please do not keep them any longer. We always pop a 'care for' label in with our cupcakes and cakes, so that you enjoy them to their full!

How far ahead do I need to order cupcakes?
Ideally, we would ask that you can give us as much notice as possible. For orders well in advance we can book your order in, and get together closer to the date to finalise the details. For general orders, 48-72 hours (2-3 days) notice is usually the minimum notice period. Orders for wedding cakes and cupcakes should be booked a minimum of 2-3 months in advance. If your order is urgent and at short notice, we will try as much as possible to accommodate your requirements. We ask that if you wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours, by telephone.

How do I order?
You can order our signature cupcakes online, or you can get in touch with us using the contact form, by email or give us a call to discuss your requirements. Payment is either by cash or cheque, but if you prefer to pay by debit or credit card, you may do so using the PayPal link on our order page. Orders must be paid in full on either collection, or before delivery. For orders over £100, a 50% deposit is required.

We have tried to answer the questions we are normally asked. But if you have any more questions, please get in touch or drop us an email. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
